Engagement model
1. Intake and fit check
You share repository access or a product brief, target browsers, and release constraints. We confirm whether the engagement is a build, refactor, or advisory series.
2. Scoped proposal
We return a written scope: deliverables, assumptions, timeline bands, and collaboration rhythm (stand-ups, async updates). Pricing is proposed in the statement of work; figures on this site are intentionally omitted until confirmed.
3. Build or advisory execution
Implementation work lands in your Git hosting with pull requests sized for review. Advisory work uses screen-shared deep dives with action items captured in markdown.
4. Review and handover
Demos map to acceptance criteria. We transfer deployment credentials instructions, environment variable lists, and onboarding notes for your team.
Who this suits
Product companies with an existing backend team, agencies needing a senior frontend lead for a client build, or internal IT groups modernizing an internal tool UI.
Who it may not suit
Engagements that require 24/7 production support retainers, native mobile store releases only, or unscoped “keep coding until satisfied” arrangements without a written backlog.
