This notice explains how we process personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) when you use nextstep-node.digital.
Data we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, and message text you submit.
- Cookie choice: a value stored in your browser’s localStorage (
nextstep-node-consent) recording accept or reject. No analytics cookies are used.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.

Where data goes
Inquiries are sent via HTTPS POST to /api/inquiry on the same domain. Our mail or ticketing stack on that endpoint processes messages solely to reply to you. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the conversation ends, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires longer storage.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@nextstep-node.digital. You may lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
International transfers
If we use subprocessors outside Thailand, we ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements.
