Refund policy

This policy applies to paid programming consulting engagements (scoped projects and advisory sessions) arranged with NextStep Node Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (TIN 0105635208057). Fees are set in each statement of work; this page uses standard market durations where your contract does not specify otherwise (proposed, pending business confirmation).

Eligibility

Refunds apply to prepaid fees for services not yet delivered. Work that has been accepted per milestone criteria is non-refundable except where quality defects are documented and not remedied within a reasonable cure period.

Cancellation by you

• Advisory sessions: Cancel at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start for a full credit or refund of unused prepaid time.
• Project engagements: Written notice per the statement of work. Deposits covering mobilization and discovery may be non-refundable once discovery deliverables are supplied.

Cancellation by us

If we cannot perform, we refund unused prepaid amounts within fourteen business days.

Process

Email info@nextstep-node.digital or call +66-2-000-2305 with your statement of work reference. We confirm amounts within five business days and return funds via the original payment method where possible.

Non-refundable items

Third-party licenses purchased on your behalf, travel already incurred, and milestones signed off in writing are generally non-refundable.

No-shows

Missed advisory sessions without notice may be charged in full against prepaid blocks.
